Working at Camp is a balance between being the silliest person in the world while maintaining an unwavering sense of professionalism and care.  We set the bar pretty high for our staff as there is nothing we take more seriously than truly providing the summer of children’s lives.  Between our Administrative team and Lifers, we cultivate a culture of excellence and loyalty amongst our staff.  Of our approximately 150 staff members, 1/3rd have been at camp for more than 5 years and over 40 staff members are former campers!  Needless to say, we absolutely have the best jobs in the world!

Camp Harmony operates an 8 week summer day camp.  If you are hired, you will be expected to work all 8 weeks – sorry, no vacations during Camp.  Depending on your age, you may be expected to drive a van to and from camp or serve as a van assistant.  Staff members 21 years old and older are asked to secure their New Jersey Class C Commercial Drivers License (however, we’ll help you with ALL of the particulars, from fingerprints to the road test).  The Camp day runs from 9:00am to 4:00pm with van routes before and after.
